Let me start off by saying the customer service was Excellent! My dresses were stunning. They were very well packaged and exactly as expected. Breannia from customer services was the Best!! She was so responsive when emailed and even took it upon herself to follow up with updates to shipping as it was happening. I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing from them and I will be again.

If I could give it a zero I would
If I could give it a zero I would. They have had my return since May 25th and I still do not have my refund. I have only gotten the run around that it is 'being processed' and still nothing. Do not buy from them.
Edit - in response to their rrequest since to my review - I HAVE reached out to you almost 20 times via email and text and still no refund and I am just given the run around! I even had to file a complaint with the BBB!

I would give this a zero if I could. I ordered a dress from the months ago and it did not fit my daughter properly so we returned it on warm. I still have not received my refund and I keep getting the runaround from customer service telling me that it’s processing and it never comes through. Do not order from them!

We have purchased multiple dresses from kissprom.com and they have all been beautiful. Ellen was so much help during the purchase of my daughters prom dress which looked absolutely incredible. We have already started searching this store for my daughter's 2026 Homecoming dress!!
