What reviewers say

AI generated

Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers generally appreciate the fantastic range of unique clothing options and find that navigating the store to place an order is straightforward. Many people frequently mention that their purchases arrive regularly within a couple of weeks, allowing them to enjoy stylish items that fit their expectations well. However, some customers also noted frustrating issues with poor print quality, blurry images, and unexpected synthetic materials instead of cotton. A few other people also felt that delivery times were excessively long, and experienced significant problems with sizing discrepancies or receiving incorrect items.

What people say

I ordered a T shirt

I ordered a T shirt. It was overpriced but niche and I wanted it so I splashed out. The site promised a reduction if you use a code at checkout. The code didn't work so I just ordered it. It took a long time to arrive and it is THREE SIZES TOO BIG. I'm trying to sort it out, but honestly this just isn't good enough for the price. DPK115256 is ref number, this is legitimate.

Very poor quality items

Very poor quality items. Terrible printing. I complained about the print quality and I asked for a refund, they told me “that is printing for you!” , they offered me a 15% (which turned out to be only 10%) and I could keep the awful t-shirt. I declined. They then offered me “ 25%” discount, but in reality it was only 20%. I asked for a full refund and I was expected to pay the postage back to China, which I did. I was left out of pocket. PayPal initially sided with Darkpick, but after a phone call issued me a full refund (obviously minus the postage). That was 11 weeks after initial purchase. Dreadful company.
