After dealing with fraudulent charges and trying to determine whether they had been reversed, Joe took the time to listen carefully and understand my concerns. He helped me verify that my account was secure and enabled me to recover $179 from a merchant. Rather than transferring me to another department, he also confirmed that the temporary hold on my account had been removed, saving me additional time and frustration. Joe was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire interaction. His professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. I truly appreciated his help and outstanding customer service.
