I’m very happy with DCU. Having stress from a fraud scare. Was thrilled to be able to speak with a live person at 9 pm. She was great and aside from answering my questions regarding my issue, she gave me insight into my account that will help me earn more interest. So happy with my bank.

I was helped by TWO very very competent reps on this day (8/4/2026) The subject (generally fraud) was difficult and a bit convoluted for me especially when dealing with such things only when necessary. They were very patient and lead me through all the twists and turns.

Christina was very polite and professional. Her positive attitude made me feel my questions were important and had detailed information in response to them. She thinks "outside the box" to ask related questions that I may not have thought of, so, I found this very helpful to be sure I had accomplished everything I wanted to do while being assisted by her. I am always pleased when I need assistance at DFCU no matter how minor or in-depth my issue seems to be. DFCU has been our banker for 40 years, and, for that amount of time, our loyalty has always been there and DFCU's loyaly has always been there for us.
