Stephanie H was just the "most superest" aide to my specific requests and understanding today (8/3/26)...from her seat. Imagine helping a real knucklehead with obviously little computer skills to transfer some low-paying savings fruit at DCU to "higher paying fruit" at DCU. Patient is hardly descriptive. At her fingertips was info, process, patience and blessedness. My lucky day! In short, kindly consider Stephanie H. for a reward of a significant sort. She deserves it...really! Helpful, for the most part.
The person that I was speaking with was easy to work with. She was able to answer my questions. The only negative was that I was not able to obtain a loan payoff letter either on the website or through customer service. You have to download a request letter, email it in and then wait 7-10 business days. You can only see what your loan payoff amount is online, but cannot download any payoff information. Customer service was able to email a form for download and completion, which then has to be sent back in.
New credit card help
Priya helped me out to get a new credit card printed out, very quick and efficient service. Everyone in there was a pleasure to be arounf
