The agent that assisted me this afternoon was Beverly A. She's an older woman like myself and I appreciated her cheerfulness and her professional manner. She was also patient and pleasant. Never rushing me. Always willing to be helpful as long as it took. I found it a pleasure to be helped by her. I'm not very tech savvy and so it took me awhile to do some things. She hung in there with me. Thank you so much for having such a professional and pleasant and knowledgeable employee.
