Do Not Trust These People !!!
Been with Debt blue for a few years now. I originally called them to consolidate my debt , but was told that they can get at least 50% of the predatory loan i got from One main financial removed . They told me to stop making payments and not to respond to there mail or phone calls . After a few months One main sent me a settlement agreement that I thought was reasonable. Debt Blue said not to accept it and to keep waiting . Keep waiting on what you ask - keep waiting for One main to send me to collections THEN Debt blue will negotiate a settlement. All the while iam to send Debt blue 320 a month to keep safe doe the settlement. Okay so almost a year passes and I get served legal papers that iam being sued from a law firm . OMG right . So I call Debt blue and these MF's tell me that they THOUGHT they would just send me to collections ,but One main didn't they sent me to a law firm . So to date I have to pay the full loan back plus late fees and lawyer fees and now pay 428 a month to Debt blue so they can pay the lawyer . They totally screwed me over when I was told over and over to just wait . I could have accepted the settlement One main offered and had been done with it by now , but stupid me I still have 3 more years to go 😭

I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. I originally had CuraDebt and got switched without any notice. The communication is absolutely terrible. I get ZERO responses. On top of that, I got a notification today that the legal company is dropping me because DebtBlue failed to pay them. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will be contacting someone to see about getting off of this program so I can get with a company who actually cares about their clients.

I'm so tired of the harassing mail offers. Even after speaking with them a few times on the phone, they continue to harass me. I've never seen such an insensitive and uncomprehending company in the USA.

As usual, you responded with a generic copy-paste reply ` This time, keep your word and never disturb/contact me again for the rest of my life.
This is the exact same response you gave me 1 year ago, 6 months ago, and again 2 months ago. Yet the unwanted mail and offers continue. Your company briefly stops, then starts contacting me again.
I have repeatedly made it clear that I do not want any communication from your company. At this point, your continued contact feels intentional and harassing.
STOP HARASSMENT.

BEWARE dealing with this company
BEWARE dealing with this company. I've had nothing but troubles since signing with them to take care of my debt. They will try to take the payment when they are not supposed but then when you schedule for them to take the payment, they don't take it. If I could give it no stars I would.

Mariana was the most helpful person I have ever spoken to at debt blue. I was ready to never pay my settlement again after my wages were being garnished and I got no help for a month. She single handedly solved every issue I had and is the most educated person in your staff

Debt Blue is a fantastic company to work with. I admit when I started I was nervous, all of the team is helpful and honest! The team is always willing to help and make sure they do all they can to do so!
Jon was working with me today, he was kind and patient and was able to take care of my request. It was an easy process and he was so kind and considerate. It’s not easy to ask for help but it’s easier when the team helping is so kind and easy to work with.
