James did a wonderful job explaining the entire process in terms i could understand. I feel extremely comfortable in the process

At first, I was a little nervous about starting this process because when I clicked on the link that stated sign up for Student Loan Forgiveness it routed me to a phone number. When the rep answered, she just said "hello". Once I spoke with Rep. Craig G., he explained every step-by-step to me and was very informative regarding my student loan.
My experience was awesome due to the fact of my specialist being patient by answering any questions that I had. Mr. Craig has truly been a blessing and I would recommend him over anyone else. He's very resourceful when it comes to his field.
Compassionate, friendly yet professional customer service. I felt heard! Honestly DebtEaze has been life saving!

James was very nice and very knowledgeable in explaining this confusing student forgiveness process. He took time and explaining my options and now I feel more comfortable in this entire stressful process. I am truly glad that he is my point of contact person moving forward.
Craig Gustafson was very helpful and explain all the details in starting this program on getting the help on my school debt. He answered all my questions regarding the program. Also, he was polite and professional at all times.
