I was very hesitant about being scammed and really didn't know much about how much i owed. Mr. James Kalis explained the details of the student loan forgiveness process in language I could understand. He was meticulous in explaining the steps required and outlined them for me. Because of his knowledge and ability to help me understand I was able to get the loan forgiveness process approved! James was excellent in helping me with this debit. I was almost going into Default on these loans. He’s patient & understanding! We went over everything from this being a scam….and it is not….let me clarify that to my monthly payment to me enrolling into the program & also re-certifying annually. Very lengthy conversation about the entire program and process. I have direct information for James and can call him anytime I have questions and or concerns about the program!
