DecantX

Customer service is top notch

Great prices, fast shipping, amazing customer service! I’ve ordered from decantx a few times and the one time a vial broke, I was able to contact through the contact form and received an email and a refund right away.

the site was easy to use

the site was easy to use, and had lots of options… i wish it would deliver a little quicker but that is not a big deal to me at all.

Niche Decants

No issues, great selection and pricing.

Big collection and good discounts!

Very happy customer

Perfect transaction. The scent is beautiful, the price was just right and was shipped with lightning speed.

Very pleased with DecantX

I've ordered from this company many times. I've always been pleased with the service. My orders are almost always very quick in being delivered. On the rare occasion there's a problem, their customer service steps up and takes care of it very quickly.

Great pricing and fast delivery

Intensely, Invictus elixir

Exactly what I ordered. Smelled just like the original in store.

Good and fast in delivery

RANCID perfume. Zero accountability

I ordered decants of my signature scent to keep in purse, desk, etc. They were RANCID. I emailed them and they said they’d investigate. I followed up with them a week later and they’re like “yeah we investigated, our products are authentic”. That’s not what this is about! I know what this is supposed to smell like! It can be authentic and still be old, stored in heat, exposed to light, etc. They took zero accountability and obviously lied about investigating. They lost a customer forever, and I’m a fragrance lover that frequently orders small decants to try different things. Never again.

Excellent experience

Excellent customer service. All my questions were answered and all my concerns were taken care of. Decants came well packaged with no damage.

Best Decant Service

Best source for decants of authentic fragrances. Best selection, well packaged, quick shipments and reasonable prices. Plus fragrances come in a twist turn travel format that fits in my pocket and stacks nearly in a bathroom drawer. Can’t beat them.

New fragrance

In searching for a new fragrance, chatGPT actually suggested your store as an option to purchasing a sample size. Delivered quickly and authentic purchase. ❤️

Free shipping no minimum purchase required!

I'm forever a customer of DecantX, they have my heart for sure! I've gotten to try so many scents and not have buyers remorse for blind buying an expensive bottle before getting the chance to wear it on me for a few days. Their decants come in sturdy glass bottles the atomizers always work amazing I've only had one not work and they replaced it easy as pie. One of my favorite parts about them is they don't have any shipping fees. None of the spend X amount and earn free shipping, No. Free shipping no minimum spend! They have a rewards program where you can earn discounts. I could go on and on about how good of a company they are but you'll just have to try them for yourself and see!

Legit and fast shipping

Fast shipping, and the decants are on point every time. This was my 3rd or 4th time ordering, but I decided to get a couple 32ml samples this time around. Everything was legit and good to go. Will definitely order from them again of course!

Fast shipping

Fast shipping, great packaging

Good news/bad news

The bad news? Two of the six 2ml bottles I ordered didn't work. The spray wasn't functioning. The good news? Customer service was excellent in connecting with me to find a solution. I got the 2 replaced, and they both worked as advertised. DecantX has the scents I wanted to sample, and they were great fragrances to test out. I would definitely buy again from them.

Special thanks to Debbie & Michelle for…

Special thanks to Debbie & Michelle for their amazing help. My order had an issue and the staff was amazing! Shopping online due to my muscle disease can be difficult due to my hands being deformed. From the bottom of my heart: thank you for helping me given the challenges my disability presents. This really mattered to me and made my day.

Quality you can trust.

Quick shipping, trusted decants and quality packaging. That why I keep coming back.

The scents were great. And a great value

The scents were great. The turn-around time was reasonable and good. The atomizers could be a bit better, BUT I'm fine with it. A little no-frills is fine in order to maintain a competitive price. The free shipping almost always tips the scales for me. It ususally mean a better price here, than other sites that even run a discount code.
