Incredible selection of fragrances with a lot of options in decant size. Because of decantx I’ve been able to buy great fragrances with no regrets. Prices per mil aren’t the lowest around but selection is second to none.
Doing business with an unknown company is always a gamble...Will the item(s) arrive timely?...Will the item(s) be as described?....Will there be any of the items requiring customer service intervention?....Will the service desk be competent, courteous and open minded addressing a complaint?......In purchasing from DecantX over the holidays, I experienced agreeable outcomes over all these milestones mentioned.....I must commend them for running their operations so professionally...Their's should be a case study for any business school offering an MBA.......PH 1/13/26

Decant X is my go to for perfume samples. They have a great selection, fast shipping, good communication, and the bottles they use have great sprayers (better than what I get directly from the producers usually). I have had only one bottle (out of 200) damaged in shipping and they replaced my order in five mins. Sign up for emails, and they often run great specials making them the best value as well. Great company!
