I ordered a sample atomizer of YSL Kouros, unfortunately the spray didn't work. I got in touch with her customer service, and they were incredibly prompt to respond, courteous, and helpful. They got me a replacement that works and I am happy.

Quality products and fast shipping
I love being able to get designer fragrances in 1 to 10 ml sizes. I can have a wide variety of scents at a reasonable cost without having to purchase full sized bottles. I recently had an order damaged in transit and it was resolved immediately. I will confidently continue to do business with DecantX .
Decantx is top tier
Decantx has given fantastic customer service to me. They were very patient with me for asking basic questions on how to order and use the atomizer refills in the past, and recently they were extremely responsive when I received a perfume that was damaged in shipping. They make it very easy to contact them right from the tracking email. They usually ship quickly. Sometimes their samples cost a little more, but they give the extra service and attention to detail.

Amazing selection and fantastic packaging. Fragrances are of decant quality no second-hand or gray market BS here. My go-to in testing fragrances prior to purchase. Can’t say enough good things. Multiple purchases and all great.
Good in past but diluted most recently
I've ordered 9 times from them and never noticed a problem. Last time was Aug. 2025 I got boss bottled absolu. Must have smelled good cuz I immediately bought a full bottle elsewhere and never sprayed the sample again until now. The full bottle smells amazing from the first spray through the deep drydown that night. Sprayed the sample today, probably 10 sprays, and the opening is barely there, what is there doesn't smell like bottled absolu. Once it dries down it smells like it but isn't as deep, rich or strong as the full bottle. I'm really suspecting, now after a side by side comparison, that Decantx has watered this one down

I’ve made multiple orders from DecantX. I really like their competitive pricing and wide selection of fragrances. I am also pleased to say that I’ve received excellent customer service when I raised concern that USPS marked my package as delivered, but hadn’t actually delivered it. Debbie is the associate that responded to me, she was very warm and professional in her response and prompt in contacting USPS to resolve the issue. The next day the tracking information was updated and my package was on the way for delivery. This positive experience has definitely made me confident in doing repeat business.

Free shipping, very fast, very good pricing on scents you'd like to try or just can't afford a full bottle of. You do not need to question authenticity with them - always real perfume/cologne & always so professional. Great customer service & just quality at all levels.
I love their service
I love their service! You can get samples of all the best perfumes and they come in various sizes. The website is easy to navigate and the delivery service is fast. I have ordered from them a few times. One of my samples arrived with a malfunctioning sprayer, but after I contacted their support team, they sent a replacement the same day. Excellent customer service!
These are definitely fake perfumes
These are definitely fake perfumes. I have had the same perfumes that I brought on this website and they are definitely copies. They do not even smell like the thing at all, they are fake imitations. I feel so gypped buying from this company. My first order I placed $140, what a waste.

I bought a decant of boss bottled…
I bought a decant of boss bottled absolu ( the liquid was white and performance was lacking , it lacked depth as well ). I bought another decant elsewhere , this time the liquid was yellow and the performance was better. It’s very noticeable. I strongly believe they are watering down their product .
First Class Company and Customer Service
First Class Company that has excellent customer service! I recently had placed an order to which somehow "FedEx" lost the package, I contacted customer service to let them know it had not been received and give them the FedEx ticket number, and in a very short time i received a response from Debbie stating they will investigate the issue with fed-ex, and if I would like a replacement order. I gave it a couple days following up with FedEx who closed out the ticket saying sorry they couldn't locate the package. I then responded to Decantx customer service asking for the replacement order, and again within a short time Debbie responded with the order info and tracking number through usps. A+++, thank you very much to (Debbie) for Great Customer Service!!!

I’m really impressed with the quality
I’m really impressed with the quality. The decant bottles are solid metal, not cheap plastic, and the sprayers produce a nice fine mist. Everything was packaged securely and shipped quickly. Scents arrived fresh and exactly as expected, with clean labeling and a very professional presentation. Couldn’t ask for better service from start to finish. Highly recommend.
