Ben DuBard has been my mentor in Decentralized Masters. He is an excellent trainer and is super patient and friendly in guiding newbies methodically through each step. Ben provides clear explanations of how to navigate procedural steps, as well as the logic behind them, necessary to reach the desired goal. He is very knowledgeable whenever technical issues arise and is able to resolve problems quickly responding by text and/or email. He uses appropriate levels of technology, providing video clips that explain processes as well as videos and recaps of each session.
