Returns difficult

The shoes did not fit and because it would require high postal fees to ship them back to China, the company offered that I keep the shoes and to provide a 30% refund.

Love these shoes!

The ordering process was simple. I love the quality of the shoe and how it fits. They are true to size and extremely comfortable to wear all day long.

Tracking / Coming from overseas

Tracking was rough and I didn't know this was coming from overseas. It would be nice to have an estimated time of shipping or at least a minimum - like, knowing at minimum, it will be 2+ weeks before I received my shoes.

Buyer beware

The shoes I got were very wide they looked big and bulky. So if you have narrow feet, these are not the shoes for you. What I didn’t realize because I didn’t read the fine print was that if you actually want your money back, you have to ship the product all the way back to China at your expense. I contacted their customer service via email and explained that the shoes didn’t fit and were too wide and too small. Their response was they were willing to give me a 15% back and then I could keep the product. Or they will offer to send a different size. I explained I didn’t want to keep the product but they told me I should try to resell it to get my money recouped if I didn’t want to pay to send it back to China. I would never ordered the product had I known that trying to return it would mean shipping it back to China, where it came from. All advertisements give zero indication that it is a Chinese based company. I was not happy with the product. They advertisement says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Apparently, they have revamped the shoe, but I was not willing to take the chance to see if their new design was any better.

Takes a while to arrive, but good product.

I ordered these shoes for myself and as a gift for a family member. They are very comfortable shoes and can be worn all day. They did take a while to arrive, but customer service did a nice job of communicating and giving me updates. I was a little skeptical at first but it was worth the wait!

Amazing Sneakers!

Ordered my sneakers online… took about a week and change to receive but they arrived as promised and are great! Comfortable and great for long walks and just being on my feet for long periods of time! They didn’t even really need any breaking in! They are very stylish as well… Love them!

Great Shoes, but SLOW Shipping

I am very happy with the shoes and wear them every day! I was disappointed with how long it took to get the shoes. The tracking information was not very helpful either, likely because the shoes were not in the United States for quite some time. I got an update on the tracking the day they arrived.

I love these shoes. I want more. I was hesitant at first but after reading the reviews, I decided to try. At work, I go down the stairs slowly and carefully because my knees hurt, the arches of my feet hurt. After wearing these, I was practically jogging down the stairs with no pain. Amazing!

I ordered 2 pairs of the 2.0 shoes, and I love them! I have chronic foot and back pain, and neither my feet or my back hurt at the end of the day after wearing these shoes. I’m so impressed with the quality and the comfort is top notch!

Since I wrote the review below, I received an email saying they need more information or my review might be taken off line. Really? How much more info can I give you? If 0 Stars were an option, that's what they'd get. They sent me the wrong size and when I asked what my options were to get the right size, they claimed that their sizing guide had changed and so technically I got the size I ordered and they claim they sent an email saying this after I made my purchase. First, never received any email, and second, what good is this knowledge after I placed an order? If a shoe says U.S 10, that's what should arrive, not U. S. 9.5. The shoes are too tight, cheaply made plastic with plastic pieces hanging off the design (not intentionally). When I asked about a return they claimed it will be on my dime and could cost upwards of $50 because they are going to China. But they COULD offer me a 70% discount on my next purchase. Total scam company! Run away, do not walk, if you're ever tempted by the fake ads all over social media!
