I was given page after page of upgrade options. I chose some and rejected others, but I was never asked to confirm and before I knew it, the order was submitted with different upgrades than I intended.

Said it would improve sleep and help with stiff neck and shoulders. My sleep has not improved maybe worse and has done nothing for neck and shoulders.

Great pillow. My father has suffered for years with sleeping,as has neck injuries along time but this pillow is the best he has tried. Would definitely recommend to try. Was anxious about ordering but should not have been as it's ideal. Excellent and fast delivery too.
