My device had an issue when I was checking out. I restarted the order and checked out successfully only to realize I failed to include the discount code. I called the support center and explained the situation. The representative immediately knew what order I was referring to and applied the discount code to my order for me.

I ordered 3 age smart lip complex products. I only received 2 of the 3 and they were not the age smart as shown on your website. I emailed back and was told the third one would come but never did and not being the age smart was not addressed.

We did not get a reply back from you when we inquired if you would like to return the product or to confirm you never received your 3rd bottle.
