I honestly did not expect such a quick response to my questions, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fast and helpful their team was. Even more, I truly appreciate that they sent me a replacement serum without any hassle. The original one I received seemed slightly oxidized and had lost some of its qualities, but the replacement they sent is clearly fresh and exactly how it should be. I know this product very well since it’s my favorite serum, and I use it regularly, so I can confidently say the replacement meets all expectations.
