Ordered sunglasses on March 1st and nothing after 4 months!
Ordered sunglasses on March 1st. It is almost June and still nothing. No updates. No customer service. I don't know if this is a scam company making fake sunglasses, buy if you are selling in stock items, they come off the shelf, placed in a box and shipped within 1 week not 4 months later! Still no product but they certainly took my money.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses for Mothers Day, plenty of time in advance. Website said item was "in-stock" and ships in 1-5 business days confirmed by email. 2 weeks later no sunglasses, no gift for mom on mothers day and no explanation from the company other than this item is on back-order. I was able to order from another company who actually has them in stock and pick up in store same day! I would not buy from this company

I agree with a commenter, that these glasses can be pricey. I took a chance, as I was not sure I can get my money back if I need to return them and got lucky.
I tried to get some more discount, but they only allow one coupon, which is understandable. I also agree, shipping time can be longer. I needed these glasses soon, because the current ones were broken. Do not try to place an order around major holidays, as they are closed for over a week. Overall, the frame and lenses are great, finally got rimless glasses. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

If you’re ordering regular glasses
If you’re ordering regular glasses, you’ll be fine but do not order prescription glasses. If you don’t like them or they don’t fit right, you’re out of luck. You have to pay for new lenses and can only return the frames but they charge a restocking fee which is ridiculous since so many sites offer free returns. The “discounted solution” was an additional $300 for new lenses.

However, prescription lenses are custom-made to each individual order, which is why they are non-returnable once produced—this is standard across the industry. I ordered for the half price Balenciaga from them and appear to be fake they came with Middle East Express and I spotted them immediately as fake I returned them and I had to wait about a week after they receive the package for their religious holiday Passover before they look And process my refund. Maybe they have some legit ones between the many fakes but the ones I received were fake because couple weeks ago I was holding original pair and after the return I bought for twice more of the price the original pair which is different than the one this company sent to me

I had a terrible experience. I purchased a pair of Prada sunglasses twice. During the first purchase, I accidentally ordered the wrong color; however, when the glasses arrived, they were crooked and didn't fit my face properly. I returned them, and everything went smoothly. I made a second purchase—this time selecting the correct color—but the glasses arrived completely crooked once again. They do not fit my face; one side sits significantly higher than the other, and I haven't been able to fix it.
