Nice product
Nice product. It has been reliable so far. Things I would improve: - Long-press to automatically adjust the height to preset values. Currently, you have to keep touching until it gets there. - Customer Representative wasn't very helpful. I ordered a magnetic holder. It was misplaced, so I reached out, but the representative responded with they will follow-up and never got back.

Delivery was delayed by three weeks
Delivery was delayed by three weeks, with the frame being lost. When the tabletop arrived it had a great big scratch across it. The compensation offered was insulting, and after being instructed to contact support once again, I never received a reply.

The service was excellent
The service was excellent, and I am very satisfied with it. However, I am less satisfied with the chair itself. Personally, I don't find the chair very comfortable to sit in. When I compare it to my son's gaming chair, which costs about €150 less, I find his chair to be significantly more comfortable. To be honest, I didn't expect that at this price point.

The head rest cannot be pulled back
The head rest cannot be pulled back, so it pushes your head forward, which promotes wrong posture. The premium swivel wheels are not worth buying - make no difference compared to the default ones.

needed a new office chair and i find…
needed a new office chair and i find gaming chairs uncomfortable and wanted something more adjustable. Had a look around online and thought I'd give desktronic a try and bought the Sitpro chair great chair, reasonable price so very happy only dropping one star as I order the premium castor wheels and they were sent separately via a different delivery service which was annoying and the chair was delivered by DHL who apparently have doorbell blindness and wedged the box into my external meter cupboard even though i was home waiting for the delivery

Great table, the blue finish of the tabletop leaves visible prints, though i guess that was expected with my choice, apart from this minor inconvenience the quality/delivery and the actual table is great.
