Ordering was seamless and I ultimately received what I ordered. But It was not delivered on time. FedEx dropped the ball once again!! I had to scramble to figure out another solution.

When I don't know the implant part I need I email support and within a few hours they respond and very clearly tell me which implant parts I need. Also, the website interface is fantastic! Easy to navigate and place orders. Love it!

They asked me for review and I did not get the parts. I noticed I ordered it Friday morning but they sent it Monday. When I called the customer service was nasty and told me it may take 10 business days. I can not say for sure about the part as it is the cheapest. However their customer service is horrible

This order arrived roughly a week after my next day shipping order and arrived after the surgery. I had to order from another company who did get the product to me in time for my surgery. I now have products I no longer need. I'll think twice before purchasing from Dess in the future.
