Jenny at DFH is absolutely brilliant to deal with. Constantly updates you on the status of your package and answers any questions or logistics quotes you have promptly. I cannot speak highly enough of her and the team. They always give the best price and service and I will continue to use them again and again. Delivery times are always consistent and all products are checked before delivery. If photos are required they are always happy to help.

DFH delivered our shipment on time and safely. However, their payment structure is inflexible. When we paid the advance full payement, they added a USD 57–58 difference afterward. For additional adjustments, they quoted another USD + wire fee, which felt excessive for a small change. For growing businesses that need flexibility, I'd suggest DFH review their payment terms. Communication was strict and transactional. If you have simpler, one-time shipments, DFH works. For ongoing partnership, I'd explore other options

Dealing with Yoyo is a big pleasure. Only negative is having to wait a week and sometimes two weeks just for the shipments to be sent out from China and then sometimes the shipments takes another 3+ weeks to reach us.
