DHX has been outstanding every time we have used them to haul large construction materials. From providing a fair quote quickly, delivering the material and forklifting it to the location I needed it. Highly recommend DHX for your shipping or trucking needs.

Krystal is what makes my interaction with this company good. Without her doing my estimates I end up going elsewhere. Her customer service is excellent and she bids the jobs well. No one else at this company has a clue.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that Krystal has consistently provided you with exceptional customer service and accurate estimates. We also sincerely apologize that your experiences with other members of our team have not met the same standard. We are committed to providing knowledgeable and consistent service, and we regret falling short of your expectations. To ensure accuracy and prevent delays, our representatives often need to ask follow-up questions when initial shipment details are incomplete. However, we recognize that we can improve how we communicate the necessity of these questions to you. We have met with our management and service teams to address your concerns and refine our processes. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We value your business and appreciate the opportunity to continue earning your trust.

DHX has been an outstanding supporter and partner for Habilitat, Inc. The team from California to Hawaii has been very consistent and always shows up! We're truly grateful for this! Many of our operations and fundraising events are possible because of this. Your support in our mission truly makes a difference. Mahalo nui from the Habilitat 'Ohana!
