Received someone else's order and all attempts to contact the company to get this fixed has been ignored by them. Here is my edit: wow thanks for posting where I live by putting the USPS shipping information in your response. I would have gladly fixed my review once I found your responses in my spam filter. Unfortunately since you provided that information I only increased it by one star.

Good Purchase
Thank you for the good purchase service. I needed a replacement blood glucose reader, because I accidentally left mine in my pocket when I went swimming, and ruined it. The price was very good. I had paid near $150 in the past. This one was $115. Shipping was prompt and only took a few days. It was important for me to get the replacement quickly so I could continue to monitor for dangerously low blood sugar that can occur with insulin use. All is well.

The order was filled quickly and as ordered at a reasonable price and was also shipped quickly. What happened after shipping is a different story; My order was shipped 18 May via USPS and I didn't get it until 28 May. In my opinion, the USPS dropped the ball big time. No wonder why the American public has such a low opinion of it.

You could not beat the price!
You could not beat the price for the items I ordered. There was a small discrepancy with the order but it was corrected very quickly! I recommend Diabetes Store!

Terrible Inventory Management
I came here looking for particular brand of hand support. They listed it on the website and when I tried to buy multiple items, it kept saying they didn't have enough to fulfill my order. IF IT'S OUT OF STOCK, SAY SO. Don't waste people's time and get their hopes up thinking they found what they needed.

Hello, Thank you for your Two Star Review! Sorry but saying "We don't have enough stock to fill your order" is just a nice way of saying "We are almost out of stock." If we were completely out of stock, the "Add to Cart" button would not be visible and you would not have been able to add anything to your shopping cart. You may try adding a smaller quantity to your cart, or you may wish to call our toll-free customer service phone. Our customer service team could have given you an idea of when to expect more in stock. Either way, a two-star review always gets results.

I accidentally ordered only 1 box of diabetic needles instead of 4. I contacted customer service & immediately received an email response that my order was able to be corrected. I appreciated the prompt customer service.
