Afraid I’ve been scammed. Ordered winter boots waterproof lined all the bells and whistles and guess what - no show. Apparently they are being shipped from China. On that slow boat no doubt. Very disappointed and angry. Bought with credit card so will consult bank.
If I could give a zero rating I would. Initially overcharged me by £4, which they did refund. But then after I asked them to cancel my order, they told me it had shipped. So it would have to be returned. They provided a false royal mail tracking number which actually pertained to a woman on the other side of the city (as I found out from royal mail, who were confused why j was asking about this tracking number). And then have not responded to my emails. I have challenged this transaction through my bank and reported to trading standards.
This company sell things on the community site. And send you garbage products to ship back to them while they pocket your money without regarding your original order. No refund no item.not even mention they just robbed you and did not pay any mind to your purchase.
Exceedingly dodgy.
Never had anything to do with them, they keep sending spam - despite blacklisting them with VM.
Curiously enough, despite there being eleven reviews here and all have given one star, the average review for the company is two star. How does Trustpilot arrive at that?
If there's a negative star i will give them that rating. Can't trust this company. Don't trust. They are really DINO,.. better to put them NOT IN THE BOX BUT INTO EXTINCTION! Good that I dispute my transaction with my cc issuer. I got my money refunded by the cc company.
If there was a negative star I would use it. I ordered a wall clock, got a picture of a wall clock. When I disputed the order they replied with "We are so sorry for this case.
But according to our return policy, if we did sent the items correct, it won't be supported to return or exchange.
Please note it. Maybe you can give it to someone who needs.
Thanks for your understanding."
How is a picture of a clock, and an actual clock even close? The video was of the clock, there is no clock pictures on the site to order. Complete fraud. I reported them to my credit card company, no wonder they use so any different names.
Like many others have started receiving spam from them despite never using them.
Puzzles me why companies do this because even if I had any interest in what they sell, I would buy from elsewhere even if they were more expensive just because of their spamming practices.
Not to be trusted. Still waiting on a purchase from February. I've asked for refund 3 times and they just ignore the request and send a stock reply that freight is slow and to be patient!! Avoid them!
Absolutely dodgy. Sent me spam emails despite never having dealt with them. I repeatedly asked where they got my address from but was totally ignored. They obviously have acquired a mailing list from nefarious sources and won't admit it. Say they're an Australian company but the second director is a Singaporean national. Don't trust them with anything!
Very annoying company - same experience. Spammers. Never, ever dealt with them, never had any connection, but sends more than daily spam mails with meaningsless adverts.
Spammers. Never, ever dealt with them. Yet sends me an endless stream of adverts I did not ask for in my mailbox. Extremely dubious mailing list/customer acquisition.
