I returned the hearing aids on June 24th, on July 10th I received this evaluation. I received the hearing aids on 7/23. Had I not kept my last hearing aids, I would have been nearly deaf for a full month. Some of your clients would not be so fortunate. My experience through my audiologist had been a 1 week turn around. My original contact, Luke, was very courteous and helpful. This is not a reflection on him.
Very easy to order, great price in comparison to going through an audiologist, set up was easy, the gentleman that helped me set up. The adjustment was very helpful and did a great job. The hearing aids seem to be working better than any other hearing aid I have ever had by far. They seem to help me pick out conversation a little bit better in noisy situations, but do not rectify the problem altogether. I think I would be expecting too much from them if they did.
Replacement delay due to shipping issues on returning hearing aids and replacement sent to my address.

Called they took information then had a tec call an ordered the items needed received the items a few days later. Only paid postage. They informed me of how to replace the o replace the part
The service is great to solve my problems! However, I did ask for my original hearing test test comparison vs the recent test result so i can be informed about my hearing loss progression after two years! I am not satisfied because I did not receiving the reports yet as promised!
I was halfway through the last year of my warranty and my right hearing aid volume drop significantly I contacted Direct Hearing they asked me to send them back. They reconditioned them and when I got them back, they were like new again.
My call was answered quickly and efficiently. The items I needed were shipped immediately and arrived within a couple of days.

Purchased Phonak hearing aids. Selected 12 months no interest foy payment. Transaction was processed expertly. Upon delivery, I was able to set up their use. It took a while to get a hearing test, but that was accomplished expertly. I have now enjoyed their use without any difficulties. Great product at a discounted price.
Cynthia was very helpful, easy to understand, and very knowledgeable about the Starky hearing aids and app. She answered my questions and made sure that I understood. No one tells (had to reschedule my haearing test again ) Me that I needed a non Mac computer after also I think my allures were 2 weeks late being shipped and the black the box received was in disregard and have something is a 3 x2 box with 2 only wires someone told me a Link noa?? I can not approve that the my hearing aids are probably. Repaired and sent out have rescheduled you basically sent me a lot of you tubes that are either Widex are tell how great is or we’re not any help, the employes are polite but not the that was represented I am Stuck but you the sell and send to some one else

Making me go and may another few hundred and wait for appt and drive 30 miles to make program adjustment on new hearing aids after I spent $500 for the hearing tests I sent you and then $4k for the aids is total BS! You should be able to just adjust the footsteps and metal and crinkle paper sounds I hear without all that. Also, I paid up because I am a musician. There are not clear at all!! Before purchase service was amazing. They day they arrived not one person will spend 10 seconds on phone. All I get is form msg: go see a audiologist. THis is not what was promised and I will make sure my 10,000 followers know it!
