Cost was very competitive. the hearing aids arrived safely and with all accessories. The phone set up worked pretty well but my 3 year old phone speaker wasn't the best to hear the tones. The audiologist answered all my questions.

The process was easy and fast. Not only was I able to replace my lost hearing aids, but I got a better pair at half the price I expected. It was a huge relief to find that they wouldn’t cost that much. The hearings aids arrived already tuned in and didn’t need adjustment during my online appointment.

This was the 3rd set of Phonak aids I have had, so it was quick and easy to order what wanted, at a price that was a significant savings over going to a provider in person. I have enjoyed both of my online sessions with Cynthia Villalvazo. She has been pleasant and professional, and she knows her work, and she is good at it. I would recommend Direct Hearing to anyone who asks.
