The template was super hard to use…
The template was super hard to use compared to some of the other services I've used. I ended up spending so many hours loading my artwork onto the template only to have it placed onto another template and it not fitting... super frustrating! There were also 18 damaged covers and dirty looking cds that I won't be able to use. Maybe some dirt or grit got in the box during packing?
