I would use them again!
I found it fairly easy to navigate the website and get the project setup. The included app that let me preview and upload the actual music was great! Made things much easier. The actual delivered product was exactly what I had hoped it would be - Cover art was perfect and the quality of the jewel cases seems to be very good. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again for future products!

one they sent me a ad for 100 cds the price was 195.00 i saved the money to get them and the price changed to almost $300 , now it's $400 i'm going to have to wait again. maybe the price will go down ?

Rude as Hell
The initial female representative was rude and dismissive. I've worked with Disc Makers on my last 7 CD's and this was the first time I felt as if I wanted to take my business elsewhere. I spoke with another representative that answered my questions ( as I was doing my first vinyl project) and he was very helpful. I miss having an actual office in the Tukwila, WA area and my amazing rep of Disc Makers, Chad Fondrun. He was great.
