Discount Daily Hearing has proven to be a great choice for me. In the two years I’ve had my hearing aids I have never had a problem getting in touch with Bobbie, Will or Nathan. Replacement of lost hearing aid
They were a little slow in sending the replacement hearing aid but I was so glad it was under warranty with only a $250 cost versus $1,500. The people there are great at helping you to get your hearing aid adjusted and set up. I worked with Will several times and he has been very easy to work with and knowledgeable. Also, my initial purchase of the hearing aids was a couple of thousand less than the other places I looked.

Huge savings through the efficiency of the Internet
I think this company has figured out how to deliver the same product as a local audiology practice at half the cost by taking advantage of the efficiencies of the internet. So far my experience has been very good. I've dealt with a sales person, a scheduler, and a hearing instrument technician. They have all been very nice and timely. I sent them my hearing test so they could program the hearing aids. They shipped quickly and then followed up with a remote adjustment session via the phone app to do some fine tuning. They also sent me a free TV streamer.
