Repair under warranty was good
Repair under warranty was good. Only reason for 4 stars, not 5, is because it seems like I’ll need to do an online adjustment….looks like programming was erased. Of course, that’s a Phonak repair site issue.

Discountdailyhearing replaced my hearing aid part under warranty no question asked. When the wrong part was delivered (with the correct description) they sent out the correct part that day with no shipping charges.

Repairs were done but with delays because of DiscoutDaily CS problems. After repairs, I have sent several emails to CS about the repairs with no response. As the say “Custer no service.”
