Thank you very much for the positive feedback, Bonnie! We appreciate you choosing Discount Dumpster!
They will call you saying that "someone from your office called for a dumpster swap" but when you ask who, they can't give you a name. Cory also went silent when asked about a billing issue. We had to call several times to get to them. Glad Chris, the manager stepped in. You're better off going to the landfill and hire their guys and their trucks. Saves you time and money
Thank you very much for sharing your feedback. We pride ourselves on effective customer service and apologize for any miscommunication during the dumpster rental process. We have issued a full refund for the billing problem encountered and our Operations Director, Cody, would be happy to discuss in further detail if there are any lingering issues remaining. Please feel free to reach back out to us if you’d like — we’d love the opportunity to win back your business!
