East arkansas/memphis discount dumpster. Missed the delivery date by 4 days without contacting me and didnt respond to email and voicemail. finally offered to extend it another 4 days as compensation. Lost money and time sending people to jobsite. Ended up having to dispute with my credit card. Sales rep was pleasant and tried to be helpful
Every person I worked with during the process was wonderful. We originally ordered one dumpster and had to call back to order two more. Service was prompt and very well communicated if there were any changes. They made every effort to ensure we could get the dumpsters as quickly as possible. A big thank you to Ethan who helped coordinate our orders.
Thank you for supporting our locally-owned business, National Coatings! We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service. We are so happy to hear you had a positive dumpster rental experience.
