Thank you for your positive feedback — it means a lot to our team! Best regards, DMarket Team.

account suspended for no reason

Created an account, deposited crypto, bought some cs2 skins(700$), changed my mind on two skins, sold them for about 70$, tried to withdraw 70$ and account got suspended. KYC verified as well. Joke of a site.

Greetings and thank you for your feedback. We never block users without any reason; if this happened, there was a cause for it. The actions you describe fall under suspicious activities performed by fraudsters who gain unauthorized access to user accounts, purchase items and quickly resell them at lower prices, and attempt to withdraw funds. Any restrictions following such actions are implemented for the security of our users' accounts and assets. To clarify this situation and remove the block, please contact our support service at [email protected]. Best regards, DMarket Team.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I understand verification issues can be frustrating. Please contact [email protected] with details about your case — our team will review your documents and help resolve this. If you're experiencing difficulties with verification, please note that Payoneer and Skrill are available as withdrawal methods that do not require additional verification on our side, and may be a good alternative while your case is being reviewed. Best regards, DMarket Team.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

Tried to do some stuff on here. Got a dm from the bot that traded with me. 20 keys to get my items back. Least obvious scam. Ate my items like an atm eating a credit card... I lost some of my favorite (about 70$ btw) items to this scum of a trading website. The support was also no help, as mentioned earlier! They gave me a week to get the money or else my items would be "locked" or something, I checked the inventory of the "bot" and there was nothing, which tells me they traded them to another account to sell them for probably a bs price.

Hello, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear about what happened to you — this is a known scam scheme, but it's important to clarify that **you were not scammed by DMarket**. Here's what actually happened: at some point before this incident, you visited an untrustworthy website (fake giveaway, fake tournament, phishing site, etc.) and logged in via Steam. When you did that, scammers obtained your **Steam Access Token** — a piece of data that allows them to monitor your trading activity on third-party marketplaces in real time. Later, someone contacted you on Discord (or another platform) posing as a regular person wanting to buy your items, and directed you to DMarket or another reputable marketplace. When you initiated a trade with our legitimate bot, the scammers saw it through your stolen token. They then **attacked our bot to cancel the trade from our side**, immediately renamed their fake Steam account to match our bot's name exactly, and sent you a new identical trade offer. Confused by the cancelled trade, you accepted the fake offer — and that's how they stole your items. **The person who contacted you that day wanting to buy your items IS the scammer.** DMarket actively fights these scams and invests significant resources to protect users. We developed the **"DMarket Trust Shield" Chrome extension** specifically for this: it alerts users in real time when a trade is not with our legitimate bot and detects fake/phishing sites. A scam platform would never build a tool to protect users from itself — this proves we are on your side. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for user actions that lead to such losses and do not process refunds in these cases. To protect yourself in the future: update your Steam password, enable 2FA, install extensions that help block such trades, and never trust random people contacting you on Discord. Best regards, DMarket Team.

The unauthorized emptying of my wallet

"I tried to withdraw my money to my bank card via Visa several times yesterday, but I kept getting the same error. When I checked Discord today, I saw that other customers were getting similar errors at the exact same times. I tried for the last time at 02:44 Turkish time, didn't try again, and went offline. Imagine my surprise this morning when I saw that the money had been withdrawn—I was thrilled, thinking my support ticket from yesterday had worked and my withdrawal request had been processed! But unfortunately, after me, someone accessed my account—despite all security measures being active, from passwords to two-factor authentication (2FA)—and withdrew my entire balance without my knowledge or consent into a Bitcoin-style account (which I found out about through subsequent tickets). At that time, they also encountered an error, tried again, and it's visible in the screenshots. I am currently a victim of this situation; please cancel this transaction and refund my balance."

Hello and thank you for your feedback. I have reviewed the information regarding your case with the security team and have the following. No login to your account was initiated from an unauthorized device or unauthorized IP addresses, neither on the day you attempted to withdraw funds and received an error, nor on the day you successfully withdrew the funds. For any attempt to log in from a new account or a new IP, you would have received a notification requesting verification of that login. However, even in the case of unauthorized access to the account, this is only possible due to the user's loss of data or through a scam scheme where the user themselves left their data or transferred it to fraudsters. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for actions performed by the user and do not refund money in such cases. Best regards, DMarket Team.
