Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Consumers frequently reported serious problems with sizing, mentioning that items were often completely inaccurate compared to the website charts and far too small. Shoppers also pointed out frustrating durability issues, such as broken zippers, snapped clips, or materials tearing easily after very little use. However, some customers also noted that certain items like leashes and grooming tools felt sturdy, comfortable, and genuinely useful for daily routines. Other people found that specific products such as soft pet beds and winter jackets fit well, looked nice, and helped keep animals warm. Reviewers appreciated these functional qualities despite the drawbacks.
