I got them to install wire nly and they did a very poor job dog got out in one week called them they did nothings no had to fix the wire they put in there it very nice to deal with
My dogs were constantly escaping from my garden, so much so that I cldnt let them out unless they were on their leads, I was at my wits end, I was sceptical about whether the fence would work. It worked immediately. The person who fitted & trained the dogs was very good, he explained everything really clearly to me & trained the dogs. I thought the training wld be on going, but my dogs understood straight away. My only regret was that I didn’t get it fitted sooner!!!!

Am so glad to have purchased the hidden fence….. I’m not sure who is happier….. me or my dog Bailey. I was skeptical that she would actually respect the boundary but she learned it so quickly and she has been running our large yard safely since it was installed months ago. My daughter purchased a competing system and when we compare the two …. We both find the Dog Watch brand to be significantly superior due to the ability to adjust the system ourselves and because of how the system works. Our dealer Marianne from Endless Mountains was wonderful in her responses to all my questions…. even after they completed the install. They were efficient, knowledgeable and extremely informative. Overall…. money very very well spent. I highly recommend.

Mark was great to work with. He helped us promptly and genuinely cared about the safety of our dog. He showed us how to train her and has assured us he will be there to help us if any problems occur with the fence. We're confident he will be there if we need him. Excellent company to deal with, staff always polite and helpful on the phone, the dog fence is ideal to keep my terriers safe in our garden on our farm, had this installed about 5 years ago brilliant product, excellent follow up service, and company happy to come and check fence to make sure it is still up the standard i require to keep my dogs safe if and when i have needed this peace of mind.

Todd was easy to work with (and worked around my schedule), installation was fast, he was patient with training my new pup! Todd was thorough and gave detailed instructions on what to do in the coming weeks to properly train my puppy. I appreciated the approach that it would take a couple of weeks instead of other companies that promise to have your puppy trained by the end of the day. I feel like my pup respects the boundary line vs. being terrified of it. I've had zero issues with the system and very grateful to have it installed so my pup has freedom to safely roam the yard!

The DogWatch Hidden Fence has been a game-changer for my yard! My dog stays safe while enjoying freedom to roam.
If you choose this company be sure when you do a walk through on the location of your fence that you make your own marks on the ground as a reference. We just got a system installed and the boundary if not even close to what I showed the technician that I wanted. After calling we were informed it would be 250$ more for them to come back and put the wire where it is supposed to be. I will be pulling the wire up and moving it myself this weekend. The one time my pup went out into the limited and confusing boundary he ran straight through it. One I can get the wire located properly I’ll be able to see if it’s going to work. I hope the 2 hours it would have taken them fix this problem is worth the bad review and a very unsatisfied customer.

n the world of undergraduate dog fences, the key differentiator is service. DogWatch franchises, unlike its competitors, are locally owned. In my area, it’s a husband and wife tea. I cannot articulate how good their customer service is because it’s so exceptional. The husband did a great job with the installation. During the installation, he inadvertently cut an underground irrigation pipe but cam out in a timely manner to fix it. His spouse also has done an exceptional job training my Jack Russell terrier who has some anxiety issues. When you call Digwatch, you talk to the owners, not some faceless person in a call center. When you’re dealing with tech with so many variables, this can make all the difference in the world two thumbs for DogWstch Gulf Coast.
This company is wonderful. We had the system at our last house and this is the first thing put into our new house for our dog Gracie. The staff is excellent and friendly and the price was right.

I had the DogWatch Hidden Fence installed on my property in Seaford in 2021 shortly after I adopted my rescue, Milo. He was far too sneaky in the initial days after his adoption and I was not in shape to go chasing after him. This has been the best investment I have ever had! The system works great and I love the fact that the sensitivity is adjustable! I recently lost the collar once and had to order a replacement and it came in the mail quickly. They have excellent customer service any time you need anything! Such a comfort knowing my dog is safe! Thanks DogWatch!
