Margie was such a great patient advisor. She really listened to my experience with the program and made everything easy to understand. She explained my weight-loss progress clearly, made sure I had the right support, and walked me through how simple the injections are to use. Horrible delivery and packaging
This is Gineara Penn. I am reaching back out to you. This is the 2nd time my medication came unsatisfactory. The first time was OK. The 2nd and this last experience which was today was horrible. My medication the 2nd delivery came with not enough in it looked wet as if it was spilled out and it wasn't cold!!! The medicine was warm. This medication today was warm melted ice pack and there was no samples of a protein pack and mouth strip. Im upset . I am.paying almost $400 a month for this medication and it's not even being kept cold! I will be considering going back to my regular doctor office for my GLPs . I want compensation this is ridiculous!!!

I am more than happy with my experience…
I am more than happy with my experience with Dope Doctors. The process was super easy and my medication was delivered in about 3 days. I myself am not having any negative side effects at all and dropped 11 pounds my first week… I truly couldn’t be more satisfied and happy with this experience! They come highly, highly recommended!

The last that did my appointment today… Mrs. Amanda was absolutely amazing!
The last that did my appointment today definitely done an amazing job explaining things. She told me so many times that I was doing amazing which made me feel really good. DOPE DOCTORS doesn't treat you like another invoice or dollar made. They actually care about what is best for you. If something isn't working they give you options until your satisfied. I have no cons to the program only pros.

Excellent customer service!!
I was referred to Dope Doctors by a friend. I was a little skeptical at first, but all of my expectations were exceeded. The website is easy to navigate, making an appointment is easy as well. Reminder emails and texts were sent for the phone consultation, and my call came in as promised. My meds were delivered as promised as well. I have had an excellent experience thus far.
