It wasn't always easy to get ahold of customer service to follow up on future shipments. Shipments were shipped on a timely basis and all necessary tools and meds as well as instruction manuals were always included. The product worked well for me and only had minor side effects like constipation, some stomach cramps, and nausea.

I have emailed the directmed clinical department after calling and still have not heard back to from them. So im really unsure of what to do at this point.
