Was notified of order placed. Was not notified of order shipped, enroute, approximate delivery date, nor was I notified of actual delivery. Only when I inquired did a notice of shipment delivered appear on my app. It had arrived several days earlier (I think 5). Rolled into FEDEX that day, Friday July 3, only to find they were closed the whole weekend for the holiday. Totally 100% unsat.

Do not use Dope Doctors. Based on my experience, the tirzepatide they provided did not appear consistent or reliable. My very first injection stung, which is not typical for tirzepatide. It made me question whether the product was truly tirzepatide or whether the formulation was altered. I also continued to feel hungry after the injection and again several days later, even though I was placed on a 4.5 mg dose. That is not consistent with how tirzepatide normally works. I contacted Eli Lilly directly, and they reminded me that if a medication is not FDA‑approved, there is no way to verify exactly what you are injecting. Another major concern: My prefilled syringes were delivered in a regular FedEx envelope, completely warm, with no cold pack or temperature control. I was previously told that if a peptide or hormone reaches 75–80 degrees, it should be discarded because it may no longer be effective. Receiving warm medication was unacceptable. After using their product, my heart rate increased, and my blood pressure spiked from 124/80 to 155/90. I had to take additional blood pressure medication to bring it down. That is dangerous, and it raised even more questions about what was actually in the syringe. I gave one of the syringes to my cousin, who is a pharmacist, so it can be tested. I will share the results once available. My advice: Do not use Dope Doctors. The experience felt unsafe, and the medication did not behave like true tirzepatide. Please be cautious and speak with your doctor before using any compounded medication that is not FDA‑approved. I learned my lesson.

I have finally got my dose right & the past 2 mths weight is falling off of me..I do everything they ask as far as getting my protein & calories & water intake ect in & i am walking everyday...I almost gave up until these past couple of mths & I am literally able to wear clothes that I haven't been able to wear in years lol yes I kept a few because I love them & it was worth it! The staff is amazing & so friendly & always ready to help...Delivery has always been on time .. I couldnt be happier!

I've done business with Dope Doctors for six months. The process of establishing a prescription was easy and the staff seemed very invested in my health and providing tips to reduce side effects such as nausea and fatigue. I received checkups through calls in the first two months. The company then offered a discounted deal to setup a rolling prescription and once I enrolled the communication ceased. My issue was with the auto enrollment payments and the complete lack of customer service. No one will call you, even if they say they will. There's an app with a chat, but there were four representatives who either repeated the same response or said nothing at all. I kept getting billed within a 14 day cycle instead of 25. Then when I wanted to wait till my product was low they chose to charge me again. Just be mindful that if you have an issue with product or payment you may not be treated with respect. I ceased all business with them and disputed charges with my bank. Would not recommend this company over a more reputable business.
