For $450 you shouldn’t have to upgrade…
For $450 you shouldn’t have to upgrade the glass attachment to get a better pull and especially at $140 and as for the quarts cup that is thin and delicate so you know it will break so your answer is to squeeze your customers out of another $140 for a sapphire quarter cup to solve that problem just shows how your company has no respect for your customers. Dr. Dabber ??? No you are Dr. Desperate.

Thank you for the feedback. The Switch2 replacement Quartz Cup is priced at $39.95 on our website and is the same thickness as the Sapphire Plus cup. There is no need to upgrade unless you want to. The Switch2 works great with all stock items. Again, there is no need to upgrade the glass unless you prefer it.
