Where to start. Not only my favorite head shop has every dr dabber product that I would need. But the customer service is amazing. They are the exact reason why I come back. I absolutely love it for on the move or just hanging out around the house. And then, I ordered the switch2. Absolutely fantastic device. I will eventually buy the GO as well. I honestly love the device itself, it dabs great and gives very smooth hits. I like that the temperature is configurable and is simple to use. The device feels heavy, but in a good way. It feels study and durable. The only issue I have with it is that the top area where the chamber is, gets uncomfortably hot after 1-2 dabs. It then needs time to cool down, which isn’t a problem with me. It’s the fact the thing gets hot. If I go dabbing with a few buddies of mine, the thing with be like blazingly hot and would need 30-45 minutes to cool off. And that’s usually after like 3-4 dabs. Other than that, it’s a nice device and it feels durable and sturdy. Honestly, I would’ve given it 3 and a half stars if it would’ve let me do so.
