Customer service is TOP NOTCH!!

Customer service is TOP NOTCH!!! Had an issue with my Ghost 2 and reached out to support. Within minutes, I had a response. No questions asked, I was sent a new Ghost 2 and received it in about a week. Will MOST DEFINITELY be giving Dr. Dabber my business again!

The temp control is the absolute best

The temp control is the absolute best. Love the IR sensor. I use its for my live rosin dabs best smoking experience ever. Beats anything hands down. I now have the sapphire bucket and the water recycler. I freaking love you guys. I work in the most high volume store in my area. I tell all the serious smokers to get this one and ditch the puffcos. This one is for true blue connoisseurs. If you like to dab get this one!

Tried to make a complaint about the…

Tried to make a complaint about the finish on my hot knife rubbing off that I have never cleaned. Then got a generic answer about how to properly clean things with their finish on the products. I will never buy another product from dr. dabber until they change the finish they use. Terrible experience with them overall. If I could have give zero stars, I would have.

I Am Disappointed The Brand New Glass Lid, Is Incomplete With No Way To Keep Things Out Of The Chamber. Overpriced & Incomplete!!!

I like the Machines The Travel Bag Needs To Be Wider I Bought A New Glass Lid For My Ghost 2 It Didn't Have A Lid To Seal It Off From Bugs And whatnot That Sucks!!! Forcing Me To Use Tape. Does NOT Look Like A Doctor, tape on the mouth Wasted That Money Buying A new Lid.

DR Dabber For The Win!

Besides the product being absolutely phenomenal. I had a cosmetic issue that was addressed within hours and a new unit was shipped that day. I dont know of any other companies that are this quick and easy to work with. When my "other" brand e-rig went out, it was like pulling teeth to even get answers back yet alone a replacement unit. I can say without a doubt performance and service are #1 in the industry right now compared to others.
