The order process was very easy & smooth. I had no issues being able to track my order & reach out to customer service if I needed. The customer service was excellent as well as my device!! I'm pleased with the switch I made from a seahorse. The coils are too much to keep having to get. So I'm happy with the Ghost ² because it's everything it says it is. The ceramic pathway, 5 temp heatings, 3 dynamic heating modes that completely change vapor profile, 360° side wall heating chamber. Sleek design that fits into your pocket or stash bag. Im enjoying my concentrate alot better now. Keeping it clean after each use or 2 is best to get the most out of the device, just take care of it :) Definitely get it if you've been contemplating it!!

Horrible experience.. 1st experience was great helped right away. 2nd time i reached out 3 times about a defective coil i got from a new device never worked right nd they kept sending same email about it nd everytime I told em was new never worked out the box! Still after 3 times still no help with it! So I'm dome trying to reach customer service. About to just go a dif route with a dif company now bc wasted me time 3 dif times for nothing when I have a 100 percent faulty coil from the original box

The incycler is great, even has directional airholes on the inner holes to make it spin warer more and you can add much more than stock glass.

Two things - I needed a replacement for a mis-heating XS and after a couple emails and photos explaining the problem I was quickly issued a replacement that I received within a week. Nice! I also treated myself to a Switch 2 for 710 and can't believe the quality and smoothness of performance at low middle AND high temps. Really nicely customer service done with quality products. As a fairly new-to-rosin user I'm thrilled with Dabber vapes and would recommend the Switch 2. The ascent setting with long session time is my favorite, those terps are fully expressed at low temps and the Switch induction heating has been irritation- and cough-free. Amazing!
