I don’t even know where to start. The Dr.Dabber Switch Go, knocked my puffco pivot, and proxy out the water. I don’t know how I smoked before?! Battery life? Awesome, I still find myself charging after every few smokes. But lowest I’ve gotten was 23% Portability? Awesome too. I love that I can carry it almost anywhere!!!! Worth the $330+ I spent after shipping and taxes. In the past 2 weeks since I have had the Switch Go, I have completely stopped using my rig. Much more simple and I can smoke when I have a time crunch.

The Switch GO is an AMAZING device, can’t get enough of the tasty terpy hits and the setup/clean up is a breeze! It’s super fun to experiment with all the customization options in the app and with the different custom glass attachments/caps/inserts as well, can’t say enough good about it, if you’re considering to make the SWITCH I say GO for it! 😉 Also of note to mention the customer service is great, they have helped me a couple times and are very quick to respond and get you taken care of, especially Chase, totally chill guy and very friendly/helpful and has all the answers to your questions/needs! Love to be with the Dr. Family! 🔥

Something has to give....
I have had to warranty 4 dr dabber switch 2s over the last year and half. Each time the same issue present its self in a week. Each time I get no explanation oh why it keeps happening and get put through the warrenty process again. 4 times now same issue of low vapor production. Each time it gets accepted but no fix is rendered. Im not satisfied at all. I used to tell everyone you were better than puffco but I may have lied. Feel free to email me I have currently 4 less than optimal working rigs. Each purchased out of frustration of the last one not working and having to wait for warranty Im at a cross roads. Do I sell these poorly functioning switches to 4 other fools? At this points thier are glorified paper weights Please contact me. Iv spend over 2k between rigs and replacement dishes in the last year and half. I want very badly to keep using the doc dabber line up. But at a point I have to cut my loses For what its worth your warrenty team is prompt and professional but at a point this deserves an escalation to a real resolution in the long term. I cant just sending back duds every 3 weeks
