Great product and great service
I ordered the Orion 36 traditional electric fireplace on Monday, and received it in 3 days in perfect condition. The unit was exactly as advertised. Prior to the purchase, I called the company, and all of my questions were answered with zero sales pressure at all. I would I would highly recommend the Orion 36 traditional electric fireplace and purchasing from Dreamwood living.
This company is excellent
This company is excellent. I was contacting Buck Stove dealers (local) dealers in my hometown state. Each one of them could not even compare to this outstanding company. After researching, I decided to contact Dreamwood Living. Joe assisted me and went above & beyond to make my final decision. Within 2 days of my purchase the Buck Stove was delivered to my residence.

The owner did a great job helping me…
The owner did a great job helping me pick the best outdoor fireplace for the project we are doing. He also followed up by phone about a week after the shipment to make sure everything was ok. I have his contact information in case anything comes up in the future.

Great experience so far.
I am a General Contractor. I purchased a fireplace unit. The price was right and shipping was free. The shipment was held up without notification but when I checked on it I recieved an almost immediate response, the issue was resolved and the unit was expedited to my build site in 2 days. The unit was well crated and protected and showed up in perfect condition. I am extremely pleased with the way my order was handled and I will look to Dreamwood Living first on my next order.

One of the best companies I have ever worked with!
Easy to work with, easy to order, and their concern for you as a customer is outstanding. When asking questions, it was nice talking to an individual and I appreciated the short succinct answers. Their winter sale offered an unbeatable price on the fireplace I needed. They also went above and beyond to get my stove to me. With the severe winter storm forming across the mid-west, they were trying to find a different distribution site for my order. The next day I received a call letting me know that my fireplace would now be coming from California.

Very good technical support to answer questions and help me select the best propane insert for my application. The pricing was very good and very reasonable. Very fast response time to questions. The Product arrived on time when expected.

Customer service was above and beyond.
Customer service was top notch. There was a small error in my order because I forgot a part that I was actually going to need. I don't remember his name, but the person taking care of my order caught it, and threw in the extra part that he knew I was going to need at no cost to me. He reached out to me by phone and let me know he took care of it and theat the order was on its way. I received the order right on time. You just don't get this kind of personal service anymore.
