My experience with Dreamwood Living surpassed all expectations. Jack went over and above in helping me choose the right fireplace and accessories for my home. He personally responded, regardless of the time, to answer all of my questions. My fireplace is beautiful and the quality is the best!

Everything was great, until it was not shipped within 5 days. I had to call and found out it was sitting on the dock. Got it 2 days later. Outside of that, all was good. Stay on top of shipping!

Joe Manthey has been nothing but a professional, hard working gentleman. My latest experience with him (owner) was a case in point. I hadn’t realized that the Oasis cabinets were discontinued until it was almost too late. Joe went the extra mile to track down the five pieces I need to complete my outdoor Kitchen. He took the time to call around the country and get other suppliers to ship these five pieces to me, I can’t thank him enough and I highly recommend Dreamwood for all your BBQ related needs. Truly exceptional experience. I was in need of a replacement grill quickly for a party the following weekend. The Dreamwood team told me they’d do everything in their power to get the grill to me quickly. I ordered it Sunday night and it was on a truck and headed my way by Monday evening - mind you, this was a 450 lb grill that required freight delivery. The grill got here ahead of schedule, and they called me a few hours after delivery to make sure everything was as expected. In a world where service feels increasingly lacking, my experience with Dreamwood was a breath of fresh air. They have a customer for life.

They were excellent - I accidentally ordered twice and they immediately called to make sure this was intentional (it was not!). So, they canceled the accidental duplicate and shipped the unit immediately. The local fireplace store said this unit was not available until October, and Dreamwood Living had it delivered in a week. Price was also much better. Excellent experience all around!
