If you order from CAnada, i bought a bigger size of the shoes even the platform tell me a smaller size would fit I tried to return and is a $70CAD fee 🤡 and you will pay again to receive them back; thats almost the total price of the shoe Thats a SCAM to not return shoes, dont buy there trully is a mess with Customer Service
Very disappointing experience. The website promised delivery between July 2-july 9, but after weeks of waiting I was suddenly told my order may not arrive until August – an unacceptable one-month delay with no proper explanation. Customer service was slow, unhelpful, and provided only generic responses. To make matters worse, the return shipping cost was so high (around 70% of the shoe price) that I was forced to buy a second pair instead of returning the first one. Now I'm still waiting for the replacement to arrive. Poor communication, misleading delivery estimates, and expensive returns make this a frustrating shopping experience. I cannot recommend buying from Dressin.
Took 3 weeks longer to deliver the item than claimed. Also shit costumer service without answers or solutions.
They were all pretty good itemd for the price. What happened to the website??????
Item was never delivered, it had to be returned to Tradeinn by the courier because the address label was mis-printed. I requested a refund but this never happened, despite 10+ emails and copies of tracker history. In the end I made a complaint to PayPal who refunded without question. Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.
Didn’t know this online company so fingers crossed after ordering. Also because the shirt was a lot cheaper then on the official SD website. But no problems at all! Beautiful blouse, good price, good delivery process!
My first experience in buy from Dressin was awesome, fast in delivering and well packaging. I love my purchase and it's in reasonable price.
I purchased from this company and received nothing,! Then they will not reply to my emails trying to see what's happening. Bad company. Filling a complaint.
Good product, nice expedition.
Great price. Postage very reasonable. Overall good experience.
Great experience as ever smooth ordering process and quick delivery and as always never beaten on price ..
Timely delivery. Great quality shoes and good value.
First time I’ve used this company and found web site easy to use. The shoes I bought were cheaper overall(inc delivery) than other sites and the whole order and delivery process worked well. Not reached the payment stage yet so cannot comment further.
Everything was great. Delivery times were as stated in the confirmation mail and I am happy with the product. Recommended
Arrived well packaged and at a great price.Id definitely buy from them again.
I ordered a pair of uggs slippers, only i recieved these slippers not in a original uggs box but in a refurbished box the bottom of the sole was dirty no tags at all, got the feeling that they have been walked in , due to this experience i would'nt order here again.
Always a great experience. Fast shipping and good prices on what I wanted.
