Not sure that I would order from the "...INN" group again as their return postage costs are disgraceful. £15.99 for returning a pair of shoes and £11.99 for some trousers that were too small. Just being sent to their warehouse in Sussex too so not international mail. These charges are disgusting and when other sites offer returns for free or perhaps £4.99 then why take the chance of buying from them rather than elsewhere.

Both app and website are easy to use. Pricing was competitive even after the delivery charge which was quite high for an item of this size. Communications were excellent including the final delivery by Royal Mail. I’m glad that there are still some retailers who are happy to continue to ship to the UK and the delivery time from Girona was very acceptable.

Timberland boots way cheaper…

Found exactly the same Timberland boots for more than £50 less than direct from Timberland. Kinda makes you question your brand loyalty when they're clearly taking advantage of the customer

DressINN order 66547734. The order should have been delivered 9 days ago at an unmanned parcel machine. The status never updated with an actual delivered status and I didn't get a QR code to open the machine. I've asked for a refund 3 times now but the customer service of DressINN keeps asking me to visit the unmanned parcel machine and they've asked me to contact DPD. Poor service, charged twice, and not refunded

DRESSIN processed 2 identical orders - the first one I tried told me it hadn't processed, so I tried again, only to find the I checked my emails that the first had actually gone through. I emailed straight away as well as tried online to cancel one, but the staff who replied didn't cancel it, the online request was ignored, and both items were sent regardless. I rejected the second delivery at the door, over two weeks ago now, and Royal Mail said it would be returned to sender, but they have still not refunded me, and told me today as it is with the courier it isn't their problem. I recommend giving this company a miss.

I bought some Adidas trainers from the UK, as the price was competitive and I knew my size. The item arrived 2 weeks later by royal mail. Really slow time, and when checking the tracking on the website it is not updated. The package arrived with a flimsy grey bag with 2 holes in it and the box of shoes inside was completely shattered. Also the colour does not correspond to the pic ( dark navy instead of black ) so I wanted a refund. I will have to pay to ship it back unless it is damaged. If you chose damaged it is a lengthy and difficult process ( you have to take 10 pics of which each one is requested for all side of the the box, the wrapping, the item itself, the label the other package on whole sides and more) and possibly no refund if done incorrectly. I tried to contact the customer service by chat, from the chat a bot creates a ticket and you are not told where you will be contacted. I thought on the chat an assistant will pick it up, but no, they contacted by email and they were completely useless as it seem another bot. I tried again to raise another ticket. I am still waiting for an answer. Looks like a scam to me. If the product it is fine for you, good, otherwise good luck in getting your money back.
