Received the below message via Google reviews - more of the same b*********t Return number 7059905 I have been waiting over three weeks for my refund! I have sent you people over 20 emails through your system and I get the same generated response each time, I have never experienced this kind of rubbish service in my life. I have contacted my bank and they said they will take advice from the fraud department, I have also contacted UK trading standards and I have a zoom meeting tomorrow. I sent this item back and it arrived at your Hounslow returns centre on February 4th and I still HAVE NOT received a refund. I have also read previous complaints from other customers regarding the same issue. An absolute disgrace and refusing to refund a customer is illegal !!!!!!! The order was despatched very quickly and as I live in Scotland and this company is in Spain the despatch was very quick and I received the trainers within at least a week or so. The correspondence was quick as well and easy to track the trainers. I am so pleased with the trainers. If I needed something else from this company I would use them again.

Awful business. Do not buy from these people They will send you incorrect items, send you damaged goods and damaged box. There is no way to contact them. It’s a scam they won’t give you refund or take back the item they sent. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Very happy with my Adidas breaknet trainers. Normally a size 5 but after reading other reviews, sized up to 5.5. I was kept informed of status of delivery, which took over a week to arrive. Overall, a very positive experience

Best jeans ever

Because my jeans took so long to come, I was convinced these were coming from China, but I searched them and they are Spanish. The jeans are the best I've ever had. It's like they were made to fit. Good old Pepe jeans. Very pleased overall. Just gave a 5 stars regarding the wait.

Huge Choice

Huge Choice! I made 2 orders a few days apart. Part of the first order wasn't available, so alternatives were offered and I chose one. Both orders turned up on the same day, but in 2 separate deliveries. In all it took around 7 -10 days to arrive. If you factor in this delivery time, you have access to a huge range of clothes and equipment for a lot of different sports at really competitive prices.

Better communication, please!

I am giving Dressinn/Tradeinn a three-star rating due to seriously misleading information regarding the delivery time. The order was placed on February 8 for an in-stock item with “immediate shipping” claimed and an estimated delivery between Feb 11 and Feb 13. However, the order status did not change until Feb 10, at which point I became concerned and contacted the platform’s support chatbot. The item was shipped only the next day, after I requested additional information, so the delivery could hardly meet the promised Feb 13 deadline. What really frustrated me was that the support chatbot kept assuring me that the delivery would arrive on schedule. It also provided an incorrect tracking number for the courier service. Later, I discovered an excellent feature on the same website — the “View a parcel” option — which showed a photo of the package with the correct tracking number on the label. I do not understand why the chatbot does not direct customers to this feature for accurate tracking information. I eventually received the item on Feb 16. The goods are as described, which is a positive aspect. Nevertheless, I would hesitate to order from this platform again, as I am very sensitive to a lack of clear and accurate information like the situation described above. I would not have deducted two stars from a five-star rating if I had been properly informed about the actual delivery timeframe (a seven-day standard delivery for an in-stock item). Greater transparency regarding the real order status would likely result in more satisfied customers, especially since the platform generally offers very good prices. Last but not least, every customer wants to feel respected, not misled. I hope this feedback helps improve the issue.

NOPE all fake reviews below. This is some chinese knockoff website. Ordered a "Ralph Lauren" jacket. HAH! No tags, wrong size (compared to a genuine jacket to be sure, it was inches shorter) and fake quality. Company ignores emails and won't issue a return label.

Arrived sooner than expected!

Despite some reviews stating shipping as an issue, item was received before estimated delivery date. Perfect condition and was much cheaper than anywhere else I looked.
