I purchased Dr.Fone - Screen Unlock (Android) and didn't work, it didn't support my device. I asked for a refund they said they would refund but it's been more than 2 months I still didn't receive the refund. I contacted their technical support multiple times, they confirmed the software did not work in my case. Not professional and useless software. Not recommended.

FRP Lock Removal Worked Great on Android 16.
The Phone unlocked was a Galaxy S23+ with Android 16 on January 2026 patch. This hpone was a company cell assigned to a person who no longer works there, they forgot the password after quitting for a few months and the pne was stuck locked. The Dr.Fone Unlocker was successfully able to unlock it. Specifict steps taken were wiping cache partition as well as factory resetting the phone from the recovery screen. After that just turned it on an left it on the start configuring new phone screen(did not connect to the internet to avoid updates).

Dr Fone unable to bypass Activation Lock on iPhone 7.
I purchased DR Fone license to bypass the Activation Lock for an iphone 7.
The software didn't unlock the device and the Jailbreak gets stuck at 98%.
I contacted their support team to assist me, but with all the alternatives they provided I still can't get the iphone 7 unlocked.
I contacted the customer service to give me a refund, but they are refusing to give my money back, I received an offer to get 50% refunded and a second offer for a60% refund.
I believe it's unfair to get anything less than what I paid for to not have my problem solved.
I am still arguing with them to get a 100% refund.
