Bought thier product as they advatieresd it does work with android 16, tryed it multiple different way, it just says, your phone has to be on android 16, (when it is already on android 16) buy our product to upgrade it... asked refund second time no reply nothing.

Worst service I´ve ever dealt with

I genuinely despise this app. I spent 3 hours to backup and factory reset my phone to get around the worst issue that I´ve ever dealt with on my Iphone and needed a program to selectively restore parts of my backup without sending me back to another AppleID which I didn´t have the password to like Itunes was doing. Dr.Fone advertised itself as a free app to fix this issue to I downloaded it, spent 90 minutes selecting everything I needed as to not restore any mention of the aforementioned AppleID just for it to throw all of it behind a paywall the moment I pressed restore. It wouldn´t have been a problem if it was upwards of 20 bucks but it´s 50 dollars with a 3 day "Free subscription" that is advertised as a trial to try out the service. What an insulting JOKE! DONT SPEND A DIME ON ANY OF THIS SOFTWARE! HANDS DOWN MY FREE SOFTWARE DIES MORE THAT THIS RIDICULOUS SOFTWARE COULD EVER HOPE TO! SERIOUSLY! Dr.fone is a scam

First of all I've purchased the wrong version of the product and they refused to refund the order, even though I've purchased the correct one afterwards. But yet they refused saying "Not comply with refund policy". I've appealed again stating that I've already purchased the correct version of the product and I'm still waiting for a response. Their customer service, is non existent. You cannot reach them by any means, and you will be at their mercy to respond to your request. Their live chat will always say that there's no active agents at the moment no matter what time you try. And you cant even submit a ticket, each time you try reaching out to support you will be directed to the same dumb AI Chat bot, which doesn't even function properly. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Dr.Fone Is A Scam

Dr.Fone has been one of the most frustrating software purchases I’ve ever made. The software simply did NOT work as advertised, yet the bigger problem started when I requested a refund. Instead of honoring their refund policy, they make it almost impossible to actually get your money back. You can’t reach a real live person anywhere, no proper phone support, no direct customer service, just endless automated emails from random support agents asking for “log files” over and over again. Even after repeatedly explaining that I no longer want troubleshooting and simply want a refund, they keep trying to force the product on me instead of processing the refund request. It honestly feels like a deliberate tactic to delay or avoid refunding customers. The support experience is exhausting, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing. A company confident in its product shouldn’t make customers jump through hoops just to get their money back when the software fails to work. I would strongly advise people to think twice before purchasing Dr.Fone.

Purchased to unlock Samsung

I purchased this application in order to get into a Samsung Galaxy phone that was locked. The user had passed away and left no information and there were no relatives found. No friends had any information about the phone. I wanted to get into the phone to see if I could find any contacts of relatives or friends. I was not successful because apparently in order to unlock the phone, the phone had to be previously put into developer mode and then USB debugging needed to be turned on. This was not made clear before purchasing. I tried to use the AI interface for assistance, but it repeatedly told me to do things that were impossible with a locked screen. This was so annoying. Once I knew that this software would not work for me, I decided to cancel the trial. There were no humans available only AI. When I tried to cancel the trial, the AI software fought with me which I believe is illegal. Overall not a good experience. In response to your reply - I find it impossible to get to any humans - I tried repeatedly to cancel and sent several email requests to confirm my cancelation. No response was received. In my opinion, your site is deceptive and fraudulent. I'm sorry you do not agree with my opinion. I have already requested a full refund through Paypal because I could not reach any humans at your site. I do not think my review should depend on your opinion and I do not expect this review to be taken down based on your opinion.

Dr Fone (MaC) - MAC cloud Activation Unlocker

I purchased the software, to wipe clean my own iPad which had an activation lock, and the SW did not work for me. Upon investigations I was informed the SW would not work if the iPad has no OS loaded. This is the case as I wiped the iPad in preparation for a sale. This condition was highlighted to me via their Customer Care Bot, once I requested a full refund. In summary, Wondershare would not support my request for a refund, which was surprising as I had only purchased and used the software within the same day & hour, and seeing that the SW did not work I requested a refund immediately, to which they have refused. In this situation, I have not been offered any cooling off period and I cannot understand why my Consumer Rights Act 2015 is not adhered to. The fact the SW will not work on devices with no OS was not made clear to me upon purchase or I would not have completed the transaction. In this situation the SW is not Fit for purpose, and a completed waste of $35.94, that I have spent.

I bought Dr.Fone Full Toolkit expecting iCloud Activation Lock removal but i tried like more than 100 times but it dint work and i tried for FRP on andriod phone and same thing it dint work.. just make fool and scaming people for money.. please dont buy any for the product of wondershare Dr.Fone. still regreti bought this service

2 lifetime licenses for nothing :(

I bought 2 lifetime licenses for WhatsApp Transfer and General one - not even one is working. Trying since 3 days, it starting to back-up immediately from 76% and after few minutes- backup has error, please try again! I checked everything - space on my Mac, reinstall the program- nothing helped. I do not recommend Wondershare at all! When I wrote an Email - AI assistant answered, so no chance to get a real support here too.

The software did not work

The software did not work, the technical support could not help me, and instead of refunding (and apologizing or something) they decided I should try 4th time to make super extra sure it does not work before issuing a refund (they really did not want to make that refund). EDIT 18/5/2026: they never contacted me and as expected refused the refund and sent the following sentence (whilst asking for me to reformat my whole phone for moving whatsapp): "Please note that submitting this information is not intended to hinder the refund process but is for internal records and product optimization. We promise to prioritize the review of your refund application and will proceed with processing as soon as verification is complete."

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this service. I paid £29 expecting help to unlock the FRP lock on my device (SM-N975F), but the process didn’t work at all. Instead of providing a solution, I was redirected to a website that asked for even more money. It’s extremely frustrating to be charged again after already paying once. The service feels misleading and unreliable, especially when it pushes you toward another subscription of around $100 without resolving the issue. Overall, this was a waste of money and time. I would not recommend this service to anyone facing similar problems.

Practically not excistent support (AI) and a REFUND refusal policy that could be described as fraudulent

The software didnt work for me, which is kinda ok since some phones are unlocable. (I wanted an FRP unlock) Thing is the support is tragic and makes you believe the "company is fraud". The support is AI , they ask you for screenshots and your phone's model and log files (which do not exist). You send them all the proofs again and again and they just keep coming back so that they stall u and try to exhaust you. The most serious thing is they DONT REFUND you, against all ethical rules and EU customer rights legislation

We are writing about our recent…Factory Reset Protection (FRP) is Unbreakable!

We are writing about our recent experience to benefit others who might find themselves in a similar situation to us. Our Samsung Android phone suddenly locked us out even though we never set any form of security protection on the device and even if we did, advancing age prevented us from recalling it. We became desperate to gain access to the phone to retrieve our precious Phots, Videos and other sensitive personal information. While searching the internet for a solution we came across Dr. Phone from Wondershare. The outrageously inflated claims made by Dr Phone convinced us to download the application and pay for what we thought a 1 off use of the licensed software to unlock our phone. Not surprisingly and much to our disappointment, the Dr. Phone Android unlock software IS NO MATCH for the unbreakable Android security called “Factory Reset Protection” (FRP)! The Dr Phone Android Unlock Software failed to live up to the hyped claims made by Wondershare! About 5 months after we purchased the license for a one off use of Dr Phone (usually a 1 month license), we noticed the sudden debiting of 4 monthly instalments out of our account followed by a further 2 instalments! It appears Wondershare had setup a recurring subscription on our bank account for the Dr Phone software without our permission or consent! Furthermore it seems purchasing a Wondershare product automatically setup a recurring subscription unless we the customer cancels it. The recurring subscription was never mentioned anywhere on the Dr Phone website! We since closed the Wondershare account we never needed or wanted! We complained to our payment service provider who investigated and then refunded the unwanted subscriptions. The only positive from this experience is we learnt never to believe what we read on the internet!
